Town Mooring Field at Long Beach
Renewal fees are due on May 1. The annual fee for 2026 is $650. Please see below for payment information. To register for the wait list for a Town-owned mooring, please visit the office or fill out the document at the bottom of this page and email to office [at] fryeislandtown.org (office[at]fryeislandtown[dot]org).
Please note: The Town Mooring Field at Long Beach is managed by the town. Private owned moorings are subject to the mooring ordinance and overseen by the Harbormaster. For Private Moorings (information & registration), please visit the Harbormaster page.
Long Beach Marina & Quail Circle Slip Information
Boat Slip Fees (Due May 1. Invoices were mailed on March 31):
Marina Equity: $425
Marina Equity - Wide: $525
Marina Seasonal Rental: $1,400
Marina Seasonal Rental – Wide: $1,500
JetSki Seasonal Rental: $700
Marina General Weekly Rental: $500 (No consecutive weeks, 2 weeks max.)
Quail Circle: $300

Make sure to come to the Town Office, during office hours, with your Boat Insurance Information to retrieve your annual sticker. This applies to all slip holders and Town mooring holders. These stickers assist the Marina Committee when determining who doesn't belong in our slips and on our moorings.

Payment Information
Town Mooring Field and Marina Slip Fees can be paid by:
- Online Payment (2.5% credit card processing fee or flat $2.95 ACH payment)
- Town office (by cash, check, or credit card)
- Mailed to the office by check, or placed in the drop box outside the office.
- For checks, please include your slip number in the memo field of your check and a copy of your insurance.
Please be aware that the grace period was discontinued in 2021, in order to allow slip re-assignments to be made in earlier.
